Refund Policy

Red Angels Beauty Shop values customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Because we operate an online store that includes dropshipped products, return eligibility may vary by item and supplier.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within [14 / 30] days of delivery (choose one).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return/refund unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened or used health & beauty products

  • Skincare, cosmetics, personal care items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Digital products (if applicable)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of packaging and shipping label

We will evaluate and offer one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit (when appropriate)

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return request, email us at: [your email address]

Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/incorrect)

We will respond with instructions, including the return address (if eligible).

Do not send returns without approval, as they may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we made an error:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If approved, you are responsible for ensuring the return is properly packaged.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on item availability. In many cases, the fastest solution is to:

  • Refund the returned item (if eligible), and

  • Place a new order

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because dropshipping orders are processed quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to cancel or adjust it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
