Orders typically process within 1–5 business days, depending on supplier processing time.

Some items may take longer due to:

  • Supplier availability

  • Custom packaging

  • High demand

2. Dropshipping & Multiple Shipments

Many products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers. Because of this:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages

  • Items may ship from different locations

  • Delivery times can vary by item

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping time after processing:

  • United States: [7–20 business days]

  • International: [10–30 business days]

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order total

  • Weight/size

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.

5. Tracking Information

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once the order ships.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers/shipping providers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather events

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses

  • Holidays or peak seasons

8. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment/unit number

  • Refused delivery

We may offer reshipment (customer pays shipping) or partial refund depending on supplier policies.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors/front desk

  • Contact your local carrier

  • Email us within 5 days of delivery status

We will assist in filing a claim when applicable, but we cannot guarantee replacements for stolen packages.
